Starter is self-serve and requires no card. [Connect a free agent

## Firehose

Firehose provides WebSocket delivery of every manifest as it is produced. It
is intended for research labs, professional-services teams, deployment and
consulting companies, and teams needing full-feed context-graph access. It
uses custom commercials and dedicated delivery infrastructure; [contact

## Billing terms for agents

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Checkout is hosted by Stripe; Synorb does not receive raw card data. A bearer-authenticated agent may create a Checkout Session, but it must present the hosted URL for explicit account-owner confirmation before payment. A Checkout URL is not proof of activation: the verified Stripe webhook is the entitlement source of truth.

There is no silent overage purchase in the agent flow. Agents should check the returned plan and quota receipt before billable retrieval, and use the Stripe portal or the account owner’s cancellation flow to change or cancel a subscription.
