POST https://api.synorb.com/api/connect/demo-key makes a 72 Hour Agent Demo key with no email or card, 25 Manifests, and an expires_at value. It expires 72 hours after mint. The same Synorb Key is used as a Bearer token over REST and MCP.
To keep that key, bind an email with POST /api/connect/bind-email, then complete the emailed code with POST /api/connect/bind-email/verify. Only after verification does the same key become Starter, free forever, with 100 Manifests per calendar month. Individual is $10/month for 1,000 Manifests.
Billing is matched-only. A quiet day costs nothing when no matching Manifests are returned, and re-reading an already billed Manifest in the same billing period is free (a repeat in a later period is billed).
