Frequently asked questions

Do I have to build the Beacon myself?

No. Every new Synorb account starts with the AI Companies Beacon. You can also ask your agent to make a narrower one, for example only the labs you use.

Will my agent see the same item twice?

No. A Beacon run returns what is new in its lookback window, and your agent dedupes by Manifest ID.

Does Synorb send me the briefing?

Synorb never pushes. Your agent runs the Beacon when it wants to, every morning or on demand, and reads only what is new. See how to set up a morning news briefing.

How much does it cost?

The Starter plan is free and includes 100 Manifests a month. Every plan gets the summary, key claims and source link; the full source text (the Record) is on the Startup and Enterprise plans. Running a Beacon reads Manifests, which count against your plan's monthly allowance.
