What the Synorb MCP server does

Synorb reads company newsrooms and blogs, SEC filings, central bank publications, research, speeches and podcasts. It returns each item as a Manifest: a structured summary with claims, tags and a link to the original source. Your agent gets context it can cite, not a web search result.

  • Find coverage. synorb-stream-search finds the streams that cover a company, person, publisher or topic.
  • Read cited Manifests. synorb-manifests reads recent items, filtered by date, publisher type, named source or SEC form such as 8-K or 10-Q.
  • See a stream's sources. synorb-details shows where a stream's items come from and how active it is.
  • Save a search. synorb-configure-beacon proposes a Beacon, a saved search your agent can run again on its own schedule. synorb-save-beacon saves it only after you say yes.
  • Check usage. synorb-profile shows the account's plan, usage and reset date.

How to connect

The server is at https://mcp.synorb.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Searching streams and viewing stream details work without a key. To read Manifests:

  1. Get a free Synorb Key at synorb.com/connect/start.
  2. Add the server to your MCP client with the key in the Authorization header:
